How it works

Motor Activation

By driving the motor to rotate the auger, the feed is driven to achieve the effect of automatic feed delivery.

Auger Rotation

When the system is turned on, the motor starts, and the auger in the conveying pipe begins to rotate, moving materials forward.

Automatic Sensing

When sensors detect that the destination is full, the system will immediately stop running to prevent overflow.

Features of Flexible Aguer

Conveying Features

It enables continuous and stable material feeding (with an efficiency of 1-50 m³/h) and supports horizontal/inclined/vertical conveying. It is suitable for granular, powdery, and small lumpy materials, but not for highly viscous, easy-to-cake, or fragile materials.

Structural Design

It has a compact structure that saves space, with two types of troughs: open-type (facilitating observation) and closed-type (preventing dust and contamination). The material can be selected as needed (steel plate, stainless steel, etc.), ensuring strong durability.

Operation and Maintenance

It can be easily integrated into automated systems (to realize automatic material replenishment and quantitative conveying). Daily maintenance is simple, including lubrication, material cleaning, and wear inspection. It has low energy consumption (motor power: 0.75-15 kW) and low operation and maintenance costs.
