The structure of the quantitative packing scale: The quantitative packing scale consists of weighing unit, trolley, sewing package conveying device, pneumatic system, dust removal system, quantitative packaging control instrument and so on. The key component that affects the packaging speed and accuracy is the weighing unit, which includes a storage bin, a gate, a cutting device, a scale body, a bag holder device, a bracket, and an electrical control device.
The working principle of the quantitative packing scale: When the quantitative packing scale enters the automatic running state, the weighing control system opens the feeding door to start feeding, the feeding device is a fast and slow two-stage feeding mode; when the material weight reaches the fast feeding setting When the value is fixed, stop the fast feeding and keep the feeding slowly; when the material weight reaches the final set value, close the feeding door and complete the dynamic weighing process; at this time, the system detects whether the bagging device is in the predetermined state, when the bag is in the bag. After being clamped, the system sends a control signal to open the weighing hopper discharge door, and the material enters the packaging bag.
After the material is discharged, the discharge door of the weighing hopper is automatically closed; after the material is unloaded, the squeezing device is released, and the packaging bag is automatically Drop; the bag is dropped and then sewn and transported to the next station.

Debugging method for quantitative packing scale: After checking the sensor wiring is correct, turn on the power of the control cabinet and warm up for 15 minutes before debugging. the quantitative value of 90kg and the accuracy level are as follows:
(1) The partial load adjustment will be 10kg weights, which are respectively placed in the weighing hopper. One focus. When the weighing display shows “Positive”, the sensor output should be adjusted in the decreasing direction; when the weighing display shows “Negative Difference”, the sensor output should be adjusted in the direction of the increase. For example, when the output of the L/C-1 sensor is lowered, a set of trimming resistors (original value is 10 ohms) related to L/C-1 are rotated to the left with the same amount of rotation. Rotating to the right (clockwise) decreases the resistance value, the display value increases (denoted as “plus”); the leftward rotation (counterclockwise) increases the resistance value and decreases the display value (denoted as “minus”). Note: When rotating the trimming resistor, if the rotation amount of each group is inconsistent, the adjustment will become difficult. Therefore, the rotation amount of each set of trimming resistors of the sensor should be as uniform as possible. The absolute value of each bearing error is not more than 10g.
(2) Weighing adjustment Weighing is performed according to the procedure of the weighing display controller manual calibration. The detection time is from 0 to 40, 40kg, 70kg, 90kg, 100kg, and the error is not more than 10g, 20g, 35g, 45g, 50g respectively; from maximum value to zero point respectively The weights are decremented in the order of 100kg, 90kg, 70kg, 40kg, and 0kg, and the error is not greater than the respective tolerances; the repeatability check is performed at the two quantitative points of 40kg and 100kg, and each weighing point is performed 3 times, each time the error is not greater than the respective Tolerance.
(3) Parameter setting There are many parameters to be set for the quantitative packing scale. The following are the common key parameters as an example: a. The weighing value of the weighing display controller can be set to a quantitative target value, such as 90kg. b. Add the advance amount quickly and increase the advance amount. When the weight > (set value) – (fast forward amount), stop fast addition, turn into slow addition; when weight > (set value) – (slow plus advance), stop feeding.
