




Suspended conveyors are hung on the roof of the building and warehouse to be used for replenishment.
Suspended conveyor operation and commissioning:
1. Suspended conveyors shall be installed on a fixed basis in accordance with the specified installation methods. Wedges should be wedged with triangular wood or braked with the brakes before the suspended conveyor is officially in operation. When there are multiple conveyors working in parallel, there should be one meter between the machine and the machine.
2. Before using the suspended conveyor, check whether the running parts, the tape buckle, and the carrying device are normal, and whether the protective equipment is complete. The tension of the tape must be adjusted to an appropriate level before starting.
Third, the belt conveyor should start at no load. After the operation is normal, the material can be fed. It is forbidden to drive after entering the material first.
4. When several conveyors are operated in series, they should start from the discharge end and start in sequence. Only after all normal operations can the material be fed.
5. When the tape runs out during operation, it should be stopped and adjusted, and should not be used barely to avoid wearing edges and increasing load.
6. The working environment and the temperature of the material to be delivered shall not be higher than 50 °C and lower than -10 °C. Do not transport materials with acid-base oils and organic solvents.
7. Pedestrians or passengers are prohibited on the conveyor belt.
8. Before stopping, you must stop the feeding, and then stop the storage on the belt before parking.
9. The conveyor motor must be well insulated. Do not pull and drag the mobile conveyor cable. The motor must be reliably grounded.
10. When the belt is slipping, it is strictly forbidden to pull the belt by hand to avoid accidents.
Suspended conveyor debugging steps:
(1) After the installation of each equipment, carefully adjust the conveyor to meet the requirements of the drawings.
(2) Each gear unit and moving parts are filled with the corresponding lubricating oil.
(3) After the conveyor is installed, every single equipment is manually tested and combined to debug the conveyor to meet the requirements of the operation.
(4) Debug the electrical part of the conveyor. Including the debugging of conventional electrical wiring and actions, so that the equipment has good performance and achieves the designed function and state.
